Cafe Duran was one of Panama’s first coffee producers to export internationally.  Located in the heart of Boquete across the street from the SALUD health clinic, This corner coffee shop offers fresh locally grown and roasted specially blended coffees on a world class level.



Driving north of downtown Boquete less than ten minutes to an area called Los Naranjos will take you to Cafe Ruiz located on the right side of the road.  Enjoy fresh coffees, pasteries, breads, and breakfast or lunch while meeting with friends.  You can also arrange a tour of their operation with the receptionist.


Crossing the Boquete Bridge headed east take the first right turn into the parking lot of the BCP – Boquete Community Players.  The BCP regularly hosts the weekly Tuesday market as well as other events depending on season.  However now there is also a full time Coffee shop called Villa Estrealla.  Their coffee is freshly grown on their own farm and roasted to perfection.  There are a lot of new interesting roasts to choose from as well as pasteries, lunch, and dinner on the menu.  Free WIFI available.  This is a nice place to get away from the hustle of down town Boquete within a ten minute walk of the park, well worth it.


With two locations to serve you this “Starbucks-esque” boutique coffee shops to serve you – first location is at Plaza Los Establos in downtown Boquete and the second at the look out point just before you descend to Bajo Boquete.  They serve fresh roasted blends along with fresh pasteries, scones, and other coffee favorites.
